Q: How to get the CFR or CIF price?

A: Please contact us by email,or leave message to us,and inform us your destination port and Country name,we will check the relative freight and calculate the shiping cost and will quote you the unit prices on CFR or CIF terms.

Q: The sample is available or not,do I need to pay the sample cost and post charge?

A: The samples are available from us after our negotiation,in order to conform order between us.The samples will send by express post,i.e.UPS,DHL,TNT EXPRESS.

For new customers,if the sample cost is less than us$20,we will provide the free samples,otherwise,we will charge the samples cost.And the express post charge will be on customer's account.

For old customers,if only one order transaction with us,we will provide free samples(mainly new design and pop items),and the shipment samples also,the express post will be on our account.

Q: What is minimum order?

A: Different items,differy minimum order required,normally,each style 1 carton,If you are really interested in some items,we can negotiate it and everythings.

Q: OEM is acceptable or not,will my logo be sticked on the package?

A: We accept the OEM service if the order quantity is big enough,we can custom the products as per customers' requests and design,or confirming to customers' sample.Customers' logo can be sticked on the products.Regarding the order quantity,we will discuss it according to different products.

Q: How long do you deliver the shipment?

A: Normally,we can deliver most goods of ours within 10 days.If custom,around 30 days,as we need to make sample,and confirm the design and quality with you.

Q: What is payment term?

A: For the payment,we accept T/T(Wire Transfer) and Western Union Money Transfer payment,30% deposit for confirming order so that we can arrange the production,the balance should be made before shipment.

For the small order or small amount,we require 100% payment to confirm order before shipment.
